Forged Steel Valves, Forged Gate Globe Check Ball Valves
All gate valves processed with forging materials are collectively referred to as Forged Steel Gate Valves. The forging materials include ASTM A105, ASTM A350 LF2, ASTM A182 F5, ASTM A182 F304, ASTM A182 F304L, ASTM A182 F316, ASTM A182 F316L, etc.

When forged steel gate valves are mentioned domestically, they refer in particular to small-bore ones, with a nominal diameter range of DN10 to DN50, common pressure rating: German standard PN16 - PN320, American standard: Class 150 - 2500 LB, which can be produced and processed by adopting American standard or German standard sizes. The forged steel gate valve beyond DN50 needs to be customized.

Forged steel gate valves are suitable for small diameter pipelines of Class 150 to 2500 LB, working temperature -29 to 425 °C (carbon steel) or -29 to 500 °C (stainless steel) to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Forged steel gate valves are commonly used in oil pipelines.

A Forged Steel Globe Valve is a valve whose closure member (valve disc) moves along the center line of the seat. According to this movement of the disc, the port change of valve seat is directly proportional to the disc stroke. The forged steel globe valves have a relatively short stem opening or closing stroke and is highly reliable to cut off, as well as a positive relation between seat port and disc stroke. Therefore, this type of valves are very suitable for cutting off or regulating as well as throttling.

The most obvious advantage is that during opening and closing, the disc is wear-resistant because the friction between the valve disc and sealing surface of the body is less than that of the gate valve. Open height is generally only 1/4 of the diameter of the seat channel and is therefore much smaller than that of gate valves. There is usually only one sealing surface between the body and disc, so the globe valve is in better manufacturing process and easy to maintain. Applicable temperature: 196 ℃ ~ 700 ℃; mode of operation: manual, bevel gear, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic & hydraulic linkage, electro-hydraulic linkage; body material: WCB, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, CF8 (304), CF3 (304 l), CF8M (316), CF3M, Ti (316 l). Different materials can be used for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media.

A Forged Steel Check Valve refers to a valve that automatically opens and closes the valve disc by means of the flow of the medium itself, and is used to prevent the back flow of the medium, also called a clack valve, non-return valve, one-way valve or reflux valve. A check valve is an automatic valve whose main function is to prevent backflow of the medium, prevent the pump and drive motor from reversing, and discharge the container medium. Forged steel check valves can also be used in supply pipeline for an auxiliary system in which the pressure may rise to or exceed the system pressure. They can be mainly divided into a swing type check valve (rotation according to the center of gravity) and lift type check valve (moving along the axis).

The working principle of a Forged Steel Ball Valve is to rotate the valve stem to make the valve unblocked or blocked. It can be a full-bore ball valve, with an angle of 90°C. With light switch, small volume, forged steel ball valves can be made into large diameter, reliable in sealing, simple in structure, convenient in maintenance, and the sealing surface and spherical surface are often closed, not easily eroded by mediums, thus get a wide range of applications in various industries.

A forged cryogenic valve is designed for low temperature working condition, down to -196℃ (-321℉). It facilitates the transfer of liquid natural gas, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen, carbon dioxide and so on. Forged cryogenic valves feature a top entry bolted bonnet designed for easy in-line maintenance. Available end connections include flanged, butt welds, and NPT.
A forged bellow seal valve is gate or globe valve that uses a cylindrical metal bellows to seal  the valve against stem leakage. Bellow is similar to a hollow flexible hose. It functions like a vertical diaphragm. It seals with the valve stem at one end, and seals with the valve body at the other end. Therefore, forged bellow seal valves allow a small relative move between valve stem and body, but prevent fluids from leaking across bellow surface. The move pushes seat or stem tip for valve to close or open.
The construction of a forged pressure seal valve is adopted for valves for high pressure service. An unique feature of forged pressure seal valves is that the body-bonnet joints seals improve as the internal pressure in the valve increases, compared to other constructions where the increase in internal pressure tends to create leaks in the body-bonnet joint.
