When the forged valve is about to close, the valve stem rotates the ball and the seat sealing surface completely without friction and rotates ninety degrees. According to different media, the material of the seat sealing surface of the forged steel ball valve can be PTFE, nylon, alloy steel, hard alloy, etc., which can adapt to a relatively wide range of different temperature, pressure and corrosion requirements.
