Forged Ball Valve
A 3 Pieces Forged Ball Valve is similar to a two-piece ball valve, but there is one more valve body in the middle of the ball, which is then clamped by the neck flanges on both sides. Three-pieces forged ball valves are the easiest to disassemble.
A Two-Piece Forged Ball Valve is fixed by two valve bodies sandwiching the ball. The maintenance is relatively complicated, and the tightness of the bolt in the middle is critical, and it is related to whether it leaks. Two-piece forged ball valves are not suitable for high pressure condition.
